You're supposed to use women's knee socks, but when I bought the socks I thought I was supposed to get toddler knee socks. So these are a little small. But that's ok since this was just for practice and the socks were only 50 cents.
I don't have a cute little baby laying around to show them off, but Sharkdog was happy to model them for me.

Ok, maybe "happy" isn't exactly the right word. But doesn't he look cute.

Work it, Sharkdog! Work it!
I used this tutorial, but there are several others out there. Now I just need to find some cute knee socks so I can start making gifts. :)

I've been wanting to get some for Judah! These are so cute and Sharkdog looks great in them! :-) Are they pretty easy to make? I am NOT very crafty!
do you have the link for these? I must admit that I prefer to buy them...and they really are great for little legs!
Summer, These were really simple to make. The instructions sound a little confusing when you read through them, but when the socks are in your hand the instructions are easy to follow.
Melissa, There are several tutorials linked in the last paragraph (below the photos). I saw a posting on a forum whether BabyLegs are useful and several people commented that they prefer the homemade version because cuffs on the brand name are too tight or there's piling after a few washings. But I don't have experience with the name brand or homemade -- or dressing babies -- so it's all theory for me. :)
Emmy totally needs some of these!! You know they would pack rather nicely in mom and dad's suitcase when they come in a few weeks :)!
I actually saw a girl at Hope's birthday party with some on. She was super cute. I know Emmy would look great in a pair!
Hee hee, he *does* look totally adorable! I wish Pippin would let me do things like this with her. ;o)
