I took this photo in May of last year. Brian and I were on a train traveling from Vienna to Zagreb, Croatia. It was such beautiful weather and there was so much gorgeous scenery. We passed several fields full of this yellow flower, but I had no idea what it was. I found out later that it was rapeseed (canola).
I'm really looking forward to the flowers blooming soon. Happy spring!
P.S. Check out more photos at PhotoHunt.

Happy Spring too Aisha. I love spring though i have only experienced it for 3 years. I know how it feels to see a field full of yellow flowers and one time i stood in the midst of them for a photo. :)
Nice shot!

What a MARVELOUS yellow photo!!! Reminds me of fields of MUSTARD ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
Probably either mustard or rapeseed. (Canola).. since it is cash crop Probably the latter. It's beautiful!
Great view. Hope you can visit my photo hunt too.
Ahhhh, how I miss those yellow fields! They bloom *everywhere* around Chemnitz in April and May. Poor Ed is terribly allergic to them!
Welcome back to the hunt, Alisha. Beautiful photo.
