Signs, signs, everywhere there's signs

You may have noticed that I like to use song lyrics or movie quotations when I write. Or, if we have drastically different taste in music, movies and tv shows, you may be completely oblivious to all of my witty references. So in case you don't have that song by Five Man Electrical Band stuck in your head now, I have an alternate title: I saw the sign.

Sorry, but it had to be done. If you knew good music, you wouldn't be stuck singing that Ace of Base song the rest of the day.

So anyway, I wanted to show you some signs. Notice anything strange about the men on these signs?

Okay, aside from the fact that the guy in the first sign looks like he's kidnapping the little girl, do you notice anything strange? Give up? They're all wearing a hat. Am I the only one who finds that odd? I'm probably the only one who finds it odd enough to go around the city taking photos of signs with the silhouette of a guy wearing a hat. So maybe now I'm the odd one.

I noticed the hat, too. I don't think you are weird:)

I think you are terribly odd. I did notice the hat, but I certainly wouldn't take pics of it and blog about it. I am so glad you did though, because it totally made me laugh. We sure do miss you!!

On Sunday, Amiya was asked in class where she would go if she could go anywhere. She responded, without hesitation, "Vienna!" She really misses you, Brian and Sharkdog.

Since marrying Mark, all we listen to is Country...so thanks for the Ace of Base that is running through my brain!! :)

Well, I guess it's okay if some of you think I'm weird. The feeling is mutual. Meaning I also think you're weird, not that I also think that I'm weird. Oh, never mind!

Amy, the song I referenced in the title is from the early '70s, so your married-to-Mark excuse doesn't really work. :) Maybe I'll be able to come up with a reference to a country song sometime.
